Colossus is a permissionless credit card network that settles instantly in stablecoins (which reduces fraud exposure and interchange/float frictions). It works by reusing existing card infrastructure (cards, terminals, EMV standards) for rapid deployment and integrates directly with credit card acquirers to deliver the same distribution footprint as incumbent networks.
