Whatever you do this summer, abide by these principles.

1. Radical Respect
All people, all ideas, all tools deserve care. This campus is your home for the next six weeks. Treat it and everyone in it the way you would like to be treated.
2. Mindful Engagement
When you're here, be fully here. Respect quiet spaces, use call booths and content studios fairly. Be considerate of others' workplace needs.
3. Intentional Rhythms
Honor the sacred cycle of creation and rest. Eat in designated kitchen areas, stay hydrated, balance intense work with renewal. Go home each night to recharge — this is a place of awakening, not sleeping.
4. Collective Stewardship
Each of us shares the duty of keeping Off Season vibrant, safe, and clean. Take ownership of your area, help others when needed, and leave every space better than you found it. You are now custodians of something precious.
5. Inclusivity and Openness
Welcome diversity of thought and background. If something seems off or exclusive, speak up compassionately — your voice helps maintain an open, inclusive environment.
6. Resource Consciousness
Everything we share is valuable. Be thoughtful with hardware labs, communal spaces, and shared tools. Abundance comes from conscious use, not careless consumption.
7. Trusted Boundaries
Our space thrives on earned access and collective security. We protect our community's energy by honoring boundaries — not opening doors for strangers, not sharing codes, not bringing unauthorized guests. If you want to invite someone cool, find a team member or email lab@f.inc.
8. Substance Mindfulness
Keep our space substance-free.
9. Active Communication
Stay connected and proactive. If you spot an issue, have a suggestion, or notice something that could be better, find one of the team members or email sus@f.inc. Your input shapes our shared experience.
10. Relentless Pursuit
You are here to build the impossible. Every day is an opportunity to push beyond what you thought you could achieve. Embrace risk, celebrate failure as learning, and commit fully to the audacious belief that six weeks can change everything.
Hard Rules
No sleeping in the labs. Ever.
Eating is permitted only in kitchen areas.
Call booths and content studios max 1 hour.
Do not use the fire exits.
No alcohol or drugs on campus.
